Hugh Jackman said he was truly done playing Wolverine after Logan (2017)
Narrative
Deadpool is granted a place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by the Time Variance Authority, but instead recruits a variant of Wolverine to save his universe from extinction. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman explore memorable credits, interesting facts, achievements and trivia pulled directly from their IMDb name pages.. He later said he regretted that statement after watching the first Deadpool movie and expressed to Ryan his interest in seeing the two characters meet on the big screen. When asked why he chose to return for this film, he simply said, „I just wanted to do it and I felt it in my gut,” adding that he wanted to have the best possible time on set with Ryan Reynolds. Likewise, Reynolds wanted to work alongside Jackman since the first Deadpool film and was saddened when he (Jackman) withdrew from the role.

As Wolverine and Deadpool make their odyssey in the Honda Odyssey, the car’s clock jumps forward three hours during their conversation.. Elliot Chipman: This is Deadpool. Kevin Chipman: It’s Wolverine. Deadpool: You’re damn right. Disney brought it back.

This movie was painful to watch at times. While Deadpool is known for its crude, foul language, this movie goes overboard.
It’s getting old
With all the jokes made in previous movies and trailers, this movie came out with an almost empty tank of gas. The plot was just dumb and didn’t do much for the Deadpool franchise. Most of the humor was the same formula. After a while I felt like a funny comedian telling the same joke but in a different style over and over and over again. There were some fun scenes, but for the first time in a Deadpool movie, there were a lot of parts where I just lost interest and looked at my watch.

They probably should have taken the wins from the first two Deadpool movies and left it at that–and I would agree 100%. Not worth the movie ticket, but good enough when it goes digital.. The final season of "What we do in the shadows" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
